An AI chatbot for your business website

A website chatbot answers visitors in a small window on your site, 24/7. With Ariko it is the same bot that answers on WhatsApp, from the same business information: one line of code, and conversations land in the same inbox and leads board. Guides cover WordPress, Wix, Shopify and more. On paid plans.

What the bot does on your website

The same Ariko, in another window — and every conversation stays with you.

  • Answers from your business information. By default the website bot is the same as the WhatsApp bot — same information, same rules. You can change its name, goal, tone and rules for the website separately.
  • A goal for every conversation. Ready-made starts: answer questions about the business, collect a name and phone and pass them to a member of the team, arrange a call with the team, or help the visitor choose and order.
  • A details form before the chat, if you want one. Name and phone or email — off, optional or required — so you can get back to the visitor.
  • Continue on WhatsApp. You can have the bot offer the visitor a button that opens a WhatsApp chat with the business.
  • Booking from the website. Off by default, because a website visitor is usually anonymous; switch it on and the bot books in Google Calendar just as it does on WhatsApp.
  • Hebrew and English. The window's language follows the page's language, and each language has its own button text, title and greeting.

How to install it

1. List your website addresses.
The window opens only on the sites on the list. If the code runs anywhere else, it is blocked and shown to you to approve in one click.
2. Paste one line of code.
Once, so it appears on every page. The dashboard has step-by-step guides for WordPress, Elementor, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace and Google Tag Manager, and you can email the code and guide to whoever looks after your site.
3. Choose the look.
Colour, side of the screen, button text and greeting. On plans from Plus up you can also hide the Powered by Ariko tag.
4. See that it works.
Once the code is in and you open the site, the dashboard shows the chat has been seen on it. Switching it off hides the window at once; the code stays in place.

How many messages the website can use

Website replies count toward the same monthly message allowance as your plan. So that unusual traffic on the website cannot use up WhatsApp's allowance, the website is limited to a share of it — 30% by default, and you set anything from 10% to 50%. When the website's share runs out, only the website chat stops; WhatsApp carries on. A daily cap also guards against a spike on a single day.

What it looks like in a chat

An illustration: a fictional Pilates studio, not a real customer. Its website bot is set to collect a name and phone and to offer to continue on WhatsApp.

Hi, do you have a trial class for beginners?
Hi! Yes — a discounted first trial class, in groups of up to eight. Could I have your name and phone? Someone from the team will get back to you to book, or we can carry on here on WhatsApp.
Michal, 050-0000000
Thanks Michal! I've passed it to the team, and they'll get back to you today 🙂

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website chatbot cost?

Website chat is included in every paid plan at no extra cost: Start $99 a month (1,000 messages, for WhatsApp and the website together), Plus $149, Pro $199 and Max $399, before VAT, charged in shekels. On the Free plan, $0, you build and test the bot in the test chat — No WhatsApp connection and no website chat.

Which websites can it be installed on?

Any site you can add a line of code to. The dashboard has guides for WordPress, Elementor, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace and Google Tag Manager, and a general guide for everything else.

Do I need WhatsApp to use the website chat?

You do not have to connect WhatsApp for the bot to answer on your website. Connect both and you get one bot, from the same information, with every conversation in the same inbox.

Does the website bot make up answers?

It should not: it answers only from the information you gave it — what you wrote, files you uploaded and website pages you approved. For anything not there, it says a member of the team can answer, and offers to take details or continue on WhatsApp.

What do we see on our side?

Every website conversation lands in the inbox next to WhatsApp chats, and a visitor who left details appears on the leads board. You can step into any conversation and reply yourself.

Can the window appear on only some of our sites?

Yes. It opens only on the addresses on your list, and any attempt to show it elsewhere is blocked and shown to you to approve.
