A WhatsApp bot for personal trainers and Pilates, yoga and fitness studios
A WhatsApp bot for a trainer or a studio answers while you are mid-session: the timetable, passes and memberships, what to bring to a first class — and books a personal or intro session straight into Google Calendar. Ariko answers only from your studio's information. Sign-ups for group classes with limited places come to you.

Two ways of working, and what the bot does in each
One-to-one sessions
Here the bot books on its own: it checks Google Calendar for when you're free, offers times, and writes the session to the calendar. Trainers who go to clients' homes set time before and after each session — for the drive — so two sessions are not booked back to back.
Group classes
The bot answers about the timetable, levels, prices and passes — whatever you wrote. It does not count free places in a class, so the sign-up itself goes to you or to your booking system.
The questions every studio gets
- "When is the beginners' class?" — from the timetable you entered.
- "How much is a class pass? Is there a monthly membership?" — only if the prices are in your business's information.
- "What do I bring? Are there showers? Where do I park?" — written once, instead of over and over.
- "Can I freeze my membership?" — a written policy it answers; a request about one membership comes to you.
- "I have a knee injury, can I join?" — a question for a professional. Write in the bot's rules to pass it to the team.

How booking into Google Calendar works
- Connect Google Calendar from inside the product. We read only when you are busy and free, and the names of the calendars in the account — not event titles or attendees.
- Set up session types. Personal, pair, intro — each with a length, time before and after, and a location.
- Set limits. How soon a booking can be made, and how far ahead.
- The bot books, cancels and moves. It offers only free windows, writes the session to the calendar, and cancels or moves it when the client asks. A day-before reminder goes out through an approved message template, if you set one up.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a WhatsApp bot for a studio or trainer cost?
Building and testing is on the Free plan, $0 — No WhatsApp connection. Answering clients on WhatsApp starts on Solo, $99 a month (1,000 messages), then Business $149, Growth $199 and Scale $399, before VAT. Compare plans.
Can the bot sign people up for a group class?
Not at the moment. It doesn't count how many places are left, so it answers about the timetable and passes the sign-up to you, or points to the sign-up link you wrote in your business's information. Personal sessions it books itself in Google Calendar.
I'm a trainer working alone — is it for me?
That's exactly when messages get lost: you're mid-session and the phone is in your bag. Solo includes one WhatsApp number and up to 2 users, and you can keep replying yourself from the app on your phone.
What if a client asks about an injury or nutrition?
The bot answers only from your business's information and shouldn't give health advice. Write in its rules to pass such questions to the team, and check in the test chat that this is what happens.
Does the bot answer on Saturdays and at night?
Yes, 24/7. Outside the opening hours you set it still answers questions, and knows the business is closed right now.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. On paid plans you connect your existing number, if it's on the WhatsApp Business app: log in with the Facebook account that manages the business and scan a QR code.
Try it on your studio
