- Many channels. Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, SMS and email — how many you can connect depends on the plan.
- Instagram automations. A DM to anyone who comments on a post, story replies, a welcome to new followers — built from scratch or from 60+ ready-made templates.
- AI. ManyChat's pricing page lists AI replies to FAQs from business knowledge you upload, an AI step for qualifying leads, and intent recognition. According to its Help Center, AI-powered automation is included from Pro.
- Integrations. Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Stripe and PayPal, among others.
- A low entry price. A free plan up to 25 active contacts a month; Essential from $14 and Pro from $29 a month, billed annually. Pricing is by active contacts.
For WhatsApp in particular: according to ManyChat, WhatsApp is available only on Pro accounts and is an additional charge on top of the plan. Its Help Center also says plan availability varies by region.

- You want to build precise paths — question, button, tag — and control every step.
- You need conversations to reach HubSpot, Klaviyo or a spreadsheet, or to take payment through Stripe or PayPal.
- You send broadcasts with approved WhatsApp templates for promotions and updates.
